imToken is a decentralized wallet β we never store your password or private keys, so we cannot reset it for you. If you forgot your password, uninstall and reinstall imToken, then choose "Import Wallet" and restore it using your correctly backed-up mnemonic phrase (recovery phrase), private key, or Keystore file. Your assets are safe as long as you have the backup. We strongly recommend writing your mnemonic down on paper and keeping it offline β never store it in cloud services, screenshots, or email.
Every blockchain requires its native token to pay network fees ("gas"). On TRON you need TRX, on Ethereum you need ETH, on BSC you need BNB, and so on. Make sure you keep a small balance of the native token in your wallet. Newly created TRON addresses also need to be activated with a small amount of TRX before they can receive or send assets.
